Project Brief
The brief was to completely refurbish Room DT5, providing a stainless steel catering facility to upgrade the school's food technology facilities. We were contracted directly by the school and liaised closely with their site management team.
It was necessary to design the room to incorporate specific cookers in order to make use of an existing extract system. An upgrade of the school mains supply board was needed to incorporate 3 phase supplies necessary for the catering equipment required. All services were hidden behind panelling and hygenic cladding was installed.
Klick Technology supplied and installed the appliances and both the commercial & domestic ovens required for the room.
The project was started during termtime and completed on time and within budget during the summer holidays.
