Project Brief
Klick Technology were excited to be involved with this prestigious project to develop a Faraday inspired design for the biology lab.
The aim of this innovative layout was to bring the students and teachers into closer proximity and to create an atmosphere to inspire greater discussion and learning.
Our design team worked on refining the elliptical curves to accomodate the required number of pupils and establish the optimum size and position for the sinks.
The worktops are made from 25mm thick Velstone and supported by partially enclosed steel cantilever frames. Velstone creates a seamless, homogenous and durable work surface highly suited for this busy and lively laboratory.
The look of 'The Learning Curve' was further enhanced by the use of satin chrome taps and electrical sockets.
