Disconnect existing services and make safe

All mechnical and electrical work
Remove old radiators and install new
Supply and install new CAT5 data cabling
Provide interactive services
Channel floor to accept new services and fit new flooring

Project Brief
The brief for Phase 1 was to completely refurbish 6 science labs. Our in house design team worked on different layouts according to the specialism taught in each laboratory. These included biology, physics, chemistry and environmental science. It was important to accurately interpret the needs of the individual teaching staff and the design was modified until it finally reflected their requirements.
In Phase 2 the library required a complete refurbishment with the aim of providing additional natural light. Three high level windows were fitted to the rear wall. The ceiling was completely replaced and new recessed lighting units installed. The reception area was upgraded with a new library/reception desk, screening and informal soft seating.
Both projects were started during term-time and completed within budget to the agreed schedule during the summer holidays.
