Project Brief
Klick Technology were successful in winning the fitted furniture contract for the new high tech £17.5m Brannel School in January 2011. There was a tight schedule to manufacture the furniture and only 7 weeks allocated for installation on site.
The brief was to develop light, neutral furniture. Accent colours would come from stools and feature walls. Velstone worksurfaces were selected for the science labs, food tech, D & T and art rooms.
Our dedicated site manager coordinated all deliveries on site with the main contractor to ensure the optimum programming of works. Modifications were made to suit site conditions and all work was completed to schedule for the opening in May.
