Project Brief
This project required close collaboration with the builder, the architect and the school. The bollard layout was selected and our designers refined the room layouts for the chemistry, biology & physics labs in conjunction with the architect.
25mm Velstone worktops were selected for performance and aesthetics. The addition of plated alloy recessed handles gave the labs a contemporary look.
Storage needed to be maximised throughout the science block. Klick Technology developed a robust bespoke bag storage unit with Ash slats and a steel frame. 'Superstack' units were provided as a storage system for each of the 3 prep rooms.
The installation team worked closely with the M & E contractors to make sure the job ran smoothly and everything was completed to schedule.
