Project Brief
Klick Technology had worked at The Holt Shool previously in 2003/4 completing a total of 4 science labs and a prep room. We were asked to return this summer by Wokingham Metropolitan Borough Council to install a further 3 labs to coordinate with the existing labs, which feature a bollard & table arrangement.
The room layout was designed by Klick Technology and the school selected Trespa as the workbench material for the practical areas. The layout also included an area of ICT benching in post-formed laminate for the recording of results and writing up of research.
The teacher's bench is a 1200 x 600mm bollard designed to accommodate pupils at one end therefore optimising the use of space.
Klick Technology worked closely with the contractor, making some modifications to the layout whilst on site, without causing any delay to the schedule and the project was completed on time.
