Project Brief
The layout of this space, which had previously been two rooms, needed to be improved to provide a designated theory area at one end of the room and a well designed practical area at the other.
Budget restraints meant that air conditioning was not an option in this room and therefore radiators were installed above the worktops, making the most of the available wall space.
The design was developed in conjuction with the teaching staff at the school, who selected Velstone as the worktop material. Extra deep worktops were necessary to allow space for existing services.
