Project Brief
Sussex Coast College is a prestigious £97 million state of the art campus development for sixth form students.
The brief for Phase 1 was to provide two contrasting labs, one to be contemporary with solid surface benching and the other using Iroko benching to create a more 'Darwinian' feel. Klick Technology developed the design of the rooms in conjunction with the college, the project manager and main contractor.
In Phase 2 a bespoke jewellery work bench was designed from 40mm Maple whilst Trespa benching was selected for the majority of the other workshops.
